4. Orders
• Orders are placed online through the site.
• After a successful order, the customer receives a confirmation via email.
• The Merchant reserves the right to refuse an order in case of:
out of stock
technical error in pricing
suspicion of abuse
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
Possible payment methods: • Cash on delivery (if active)

6. Delivery
🇧🇬 Bulgaria → 2–7 working days
🇪🇺 Europe → 5–10 working days
🇺🇸 USA → 7–14 working days
Delivery costs: • Bulgaria – €2.50 up to €200, over €200 – free
• Europe – €10 up to €200, over €200 – free

7. Right of Withdrawal and Return
The customer has the right to return a purchased product according to the conditions described on the "Return and Exchange Policy" page.
Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
8. Factory Defect and Non-Conformity
In case of a factory defect, incorrect size, or non-conformity with the description, the customer has the right to exchange or receive a refund after returning the product.
9. Liability
The Merchant is not liable for: • temporary unavailability of the site
• technical errors beyond its control
• delays caused by the courier

All texts, images, and content on the site are the property of BORA STYLE and cannot be used without explicit consent.
