Right of Withdrawal

According to the Consumer Protection Act and applicable European legislation, every customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Withdrawal Period

The period for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 calendar days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, received the ordered goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us through an unequivocal statement (for example, an email), in which you specify:

Order Number

Product you wish to return

Return Conditions

To accept the return:

The product must be in its original condition

It must not show signs of use

It must be in its original packaging

It must contain all labels and accompanying items

We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of returned goods that show visible signs of use or damage.

Return Costs

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was received.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 14 days.

The refund may be withheld until the goods are received back or until proof of sending is provided.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products made to order

Goods with damaged packaging that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Products that have been used
