🔄 Return and Exchange Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to current European legislation, customers of BORA STYLE have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify BORA STYLE via email:

2. Return Conditions

For the return to be accepted, the product must:

be in original condition

not be worn, used, or damaged

have all tags and original packaging

show no signs of use

BORA STYLE reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.

3. Return Procedure

Send an email to office@bora-style.com with your order number.

You will receive instructions for returning the product.

Send the product to the specified address.

The product must be sent within 14 days from the declaration of withdrawal.

4. Return Costs

The costs of return are borne by the customer, except in cases of:

factory defect

damaged product upon delivery

incorrectly sent item (size, model, or color)

In these cases, the return costs are covered by BORA STYLE.

5. Refund

Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

BORA STYLE reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product is received.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order, within 14 days.

6. Defective or Non-Conforming Product

If you receive a product with a factory defect or non-conformity, the customer should contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

The following must be provided:

order number

photos of the product

description of the issue

Upon confirmation from our side:

the product should be returned

the return costs are covered by BORA STYLE

a replacement or refund will be processed

7. Non-Returnable Products

products with damaged integrity or missing tags

personalized items

products with visible signs of use
